Although we are opening our home and our hearts to you, our patrons, A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast remains our business and our livelihood. As such, our policies are meant only to ensure our business is successful. This allows us to keep our home and grounds beautiful and our patrons spoiled! Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations must be secured with a credit card. Check-in is from 3:00PM to 6:00PM, check-out is 11:00AM. Published Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, special events, and holidays. For 1 and 2 room reservations, A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast requires notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Should you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, an amount equal to your room rate will be billed. If we are able to rent your room(s) for the reserved dates 50% of the billed amount will be refunded. For group reservations, special events (includes Motorcycle Rally Week), and holidays, A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast may require a deposit equal to 50% of your expected reservation fee. Notification of cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to your arrival, or the deposit is not refundable. Odds and Ends: If the inn has more than eight patrons staying overnight, breakfast will be served at two seatings: 8:00 and 9:00. We request that you notify us the evening prior so that we know when to expect you. If there are eight or fewer patrons, breakfast will be served at 8:00. Fresh, hot coffee and tea will always be available for all beginning at 7:00 a.m. Smoking - A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast is a smoke-free establishment. Due of the historical significance of A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast, if this policy is violated you will be required to leave the premises immediately and a cleaning fee will be applied to your bill. Currently, no pets are allowed, but we can recommend an excellent local facility to board your animals. A hot tub is on site for your use. The hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. All rooms have cable TV and a DVD player. Both DVD and print libraries are available for you to borrow titles from during your stay. We ask that you return all borrowed items prior to checkout. One roll away bed is available should you need it. It will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The price of rooms at A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast includes two breakfasts. There will be an additional charge for breakfast for additional persons. In all situations, all disputes will be settled at our discretion to ensure the ongoing success of A Dakota Dream Bed and Breakfast.
